Leonexia is a software development company in the Philippines. We are the personal information controller for data collected on this website. You can reach us at leonexia.solutions@gmail.com or 0991 762 2623.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- Your full name and email address
- Your mobile number, and whether it is connected to WhatsApp
- Your industry and the message you write
- Your IP address, used only to block spam and limit repeated submissions
How we use your information
We use it only:
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote
- To contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about your project, when you have asked us to
- To protect the website from spam, bots, and abuse
We never sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you updated.
Service providers
We share only the data each provider needs to do its job:
- Resend delivers your inquiry to our inbox by email.
- Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from a person. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.
- Cal.com handles bookings when you schedule a consultation.
- Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical data needed to serve it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond, manage a resulting project, and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Object to processing, and to have your data corrected, blocked, or erased
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Be compensated for damages from inaccurate or unlawfully processed data
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep access keys on the server, and limit access to your data to the people who need it to help you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
